Admission Process and Criteria


1/ Getting to Know Each Other
* A telephone appointment will be scheduled for an initial conversation.
* Following this, please complete the pre-registration form and submit the requested documents before scheduling a follow-up appointment.
3/ Review of the Registration File
* After the appointment, the pre-registration file will be reviewed for approval or placed on the waiting list. Additional documents may be requested.


2/ Sending Your File and First Meeting
* Once the pre-registration form and required documents are submitted, you will receive an electronic invitation to schedule your appointment.
4/ Confirmation of Pre-registration
* A confirmation email will be sent to you, validating your child's registration.
Submit the Registration Application
The registration is considered complete once the registration fees and deposit are paid. These payments must be made within 5 days of receiving the confirmation email. During this period, either party may choose to discontinue the process without any obligation.
Finalization of Registration If the payment is not made within the given timeframe, the request will be considered void, and the reserved spot will be forfeited.

Admission Criteria for the School
When to Apply?
The enrollment and re-enrollment period begin each year in January.
Who Can Apply?

All children aged 2 to 5 years (no requirement for toilet training).

All children aged 2 to 5 years from Montessori schools.

All children aged 2 to 3 years from private and public schools.
The admission criteria are designed to ensure balanced groups and are at the full discretion of the educational team.
Here are the key criteria for admission to our school:

Children from Montessori schools are accepted at any time during the year, provided they have completed at least 1 year at their previous school (cases where this condition is not met are reviewed individually).

School assessment for children previously enrolled in other schools.

Priority for siblings: Applications from siblings will be processed first to support family grouping within our school.

Waiting List: Families on the waiting list are prioritized when spaces become available. The allocation of spaces follows the order of priority based on the waiting list date.

Payment of Registration Fees: It is important to note that the registration fees and deposit must be paid only after pre-registration validation, ensuring that all administrative steps are complete.

Parents' Commitment to the Educational Project: Parental commitment to the school’s educational project is essential. This ensures fruitful collaboration between the school and families, contributing to the harmonious development of the students.

TRANSPORTATION
The school does not provide a school bus service. However, parents may inquire about van transport services available in the area.
